Add Zincoids to your aluminum enclosures to help prevent galvanic corrosion of the housing. Simply install into a bare blind threaded hole on the housing and the zincoid seals the hole to prevent corrosion. The Zinc material will erode sacrificially over time during deployment

Prevco Zincoids (sacrificial anodes) can be attached to aluminum underwater housings to change the galvanic potential of the metal and to protect connectors. The Zincoid is screwed into an unanodized blind tapped hole which is protected from seawater by an O-ring at the base of the stainless steel core. Multiple Zincoids can be ganged/stacked together depending on the amount of galvanic protection needed.
