Prevco Subsea Purchasing Terms and Conditions

1. Supplier is responsible for lost or damaged product. Supplier notification is required in cases of nonconforming product, including arrangements for Prevco Subsea approval of supplier nonconforming material. 2. Supplier notification is required for changes in product and/or process definition including, where required, per Prevco Subsea approval. 4. Certification(s) of Compliance to all applicable specifications if requested by Prevco Subsea. 5. Right of Entry shall be granted to Prevco Subsea, its customers, and regulatory authorities, to all facilities involved with the order and to all applicable records, for the purpose of monitoring product quality. 6. Records resulting from the processing of this order shall be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years after completion of Prevco Subsea’s contract. 8. ISO 9001 Quality Management System or equivalent is preferred. 9. Prevent the use of counterfeit products, materials, and components.
  • Counterfeit is defined as an unauthorized copy, imitation, substitute, or modified part (e.g., material, part, component), which is knowingly misrepresented as a specified genuine part of an original or authorized manufacturer. Examples of a counterfeit part can include, but are not limited to, the false identification of marking or labeling, grade, serial number, date code, documentation, or performance characteristics.
  • Supplier shall procure products, materials, and components directly from original component/material manufacturers, authorized distributors, or other properly vetted sources of supply.
  • Supplier shall notify Prevco Subsea of any suspected counterfeit products, components, or materials that may have been released.
10. Supplier shall provide to Prevco Subsea products free of debris.
  • Foreign Object Damage (FOD) refers to any damage to products attributed to foreign object debris that includes, but is not limited to, burrs, chips, dirt, corrosion, and contamination resulting from the manufacturing, processing, cleaning, storage, and subsequent packaging of products.
11. Supplier shall flow down to sub tier suppliers any applicable product, process, and service requirements.
